Why is my order taking so long?
We take 2 to 3 days to process your order. We send the packages via Correos del Ecuador by Certified Mail. In case you bought a tapestry, it may take up to a month for the product to be done, plus the shipping time. If you bought a rug, depending on it’s size, it can take from 1 to 3 months to be done, plus the shipping time. We will always keep you posted by mail on the state of your order. Once shipped, you can follow you package with the tracking number we’ll provide.

Why is the shipping so expensive?
We calculate our shipping using Ecuador's standard shipping rates, based on weight. Many of our products are heavy, hence the price. Nonetheless, keep in mind that we are sending you an awesome little (not always so little) something from the Andes all the way to your home. It surely is a bit more pricy than Amazon! But it was packaged with love just for you.
What happens if I buy a product and then want to return it?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you aren’t happy with your items, returns are accepted within 5 days of the date you receive your order. But you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. We will issue a PayPal refund for the price of the item (excluding the shipping cost) after we receive the returned product.

All of our products are made in different parts of Ecuador by artisan hands.
